Parana shares international borders with Argentina and Paraguay. It contains the Araucaria forest, the worlds most valuable subtropical forest. The state is renowned for excellent quality of life. There are many large rivers in the state and other habitats include a coastla plain and high plateau. The Iguaca Waterfalls are 66 meters high and composed of 20 individual falls all linked together.
