It will come as no surprise when I say, cats love to sleep!

Most cat species are mainly nocturnal, meaning that most of their activity happens at night while most of their sleeping happens in the day!

However, some people argue that cats are crepuscular, meaning that most of their activity occurs during dusk and dawn.
Regardless, an average domestic cat can sleep up to 16 hours a day. As they grow older, cats can even sleep up to 20 hours a day – talk about a real cat nap!
